I made lovely healthy pancakes today for lunch. I have The recipe so ill write it to you.
It's so easy!

For 2 persons;

2 dl Oatmeal
2 tbls rapeseed oil
2 tbls vanilla sugar
2 tbls baking powder
2 bananas
A little cinnamon and cardamom.

Just put everything togheter in a bowl and squash the bananas too.

I ate them with jam. You could also have cottage cheese and fruit with them.

Yummie!
